Dr. DeMille grew up in Cedar City, UT before graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, and Exercise Science from Southern Utah University. For his dental education, he attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH graduating Magna Cum Laude, and then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah
