Love Your Teeth, Brush Twice a Day! ????????

April 14, 2023

At Springville Dentistry, we care deeply about our patients’ dental health. That is why we have become the best dentist in Springville.

One of the most important habits is brushing your teeth twice a day.

Brushing your teeth twice daily helps remove the food particles and bacteria that can build up in your mouth throughout the day.

In addition to preventing dental problems, brushing your teeth has many other benefits. For example, it can help freshen your breath, improve your oral health, and even boost your confidence.

At Springville Dentistry, we recommend brushing your teeth for at least two minutes each time. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste, and brush all surfaces of your teeth, including the fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces. Also, don’t forget to brush your tongue to help remove bacteria that can cause bad breath.

So, love your teeth & don’t forget to brush twice daily! ????????
