Springville Dentistry receives five-star review from Kjirstin Y.

Due to a series of misfortunes (parents wouldn’t pay for braces because my teeth “looked straight”), a terrible bite, prior TMJ surgeries, an accident with severe facial trauma that caused my teeth to fall out, and just plain bad teeth which nearly all have required root canals, I have always needed a good dentist.

Taking recommendations from a Yellow Pages referral service (that turned out to suggest dentists based upon how much the ad site was paid) I got an awful dentist when we first moved to the area, followed by two more terrible dental offices. Asking around, we at last found Dr. Francis.

Dr. Francis is knowledgeable, caring, and constantly improving his education in the latest procedures. He purchases the best cutting-edge equipment, and trains his staff well. The office was pristine clean BEFORE COVID-19. Now. it’s immaculate beyond belief. Dr. Francis is probably the best dentist in the state, if not the west.

His staff and support personnel are phenomenal. I don’t think anyone who has worked for Springville Dentistry has ever quit, which says a great deal about his character as well as the office vibe.

Billing is computerized, accurate, and everything is always carefully explained. If you have an emergency, they get you seen. Appointments are easy to get (though often awhile out, as word has gotten around that this is a great office.) Part of me is wondering why I’m telling anyone, as you’ll be more competition for an appointment, but Momma taught me to share.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and actually look forward to going to the dentist because of the awesome staff. Dr. Francis always makes a point to catch up with me during our visits and I always have a pleasant experience with the hygienists and reception staff.

Such a great experience at the dentist today. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Swenson was great, and explained all my options in detail, making my choices easy. I am extremely happy with the decisions I made today concerning my dental care.
